Michael is the firm’s Co-Managing partner. He’s also the proud founder of COPS Group and is directly involved in the Czech branch’s strategic planning and decision-making.

Ondřej’s in charge of quality and project management for all clients. He also manages IT development, where he implements every client’s needs. His long-standing specialisation is primarily in agile development for fintech projects.
