A Redesign That Makes Sense: How We Built New Websites for NCCC and the Creative Heroes Award

We don’t see a website as just a digital business card, but as a tool. And this mindset shaped our approach to both projects. For the Netherlands–Czech Chamber of Commerce (NCCC) and the Creative Heroes Award, we delivered new web platforms built on market analysis, data, and a resulting content strategy.

In both cases, it was about much more than redesign. We took a deep dive into brand positioning, target audiences, message structure, and the long-term usability of the websites. The result is web platforms that make sense both for visitors and for the organizations and projects behind them.

NCCC: A Website as a Tool for the Business Community

The Netherlands–Czech Chamber of Commerce has long been connecting Czech and Dutch companies, supporting international trade, and creating space for knowledge sharing. In this context, a website cannot function merely as an information hub — it must clearly communicate the added value of membership and make it easy to navigate the Chamber’s activities.

Our approach

Market and stakeholder analysis – thanks to the expertise of our colleague Tomislav Kostanjevac, we identified key target groups (current and potential members, partners) and their expectations.

Information architecture redesign – simplifying the website structure and logically organizing services and programs.

Content strategy and copywriting – texts focused on membership benefits, networking, and concrete value for companies, prepared by Miroslav Hyrman.

Close collaboration with the NCCC team – the project was developed in direct dialogue with Wiegert Smallegange and Iva Šímová, enabling fast decision-making and clear priorities.

The result is a modern, easy-to-navigate website that supports the perception of NCCC as an active business partner, not just a formal institution or a networking platform.

Creative Heroes Award: A Platform for Creativity with Impact

The Creative Heroes Award is a project that recognizes individuals whose creativity delivers real social, environmental, or business impact. The website therefore had to clearly explain not only the award itself, but also its underlying values and transparently define the nomination process.

Key areas addressed

Clear project positioning – a clear explanation of the award’s value for nominees and clarification of how candidates are evaluated by the jury.

Structured content – an overview of categories, the nomination process, and the benefits for finalists.

Design aligned with the project’s identity – visuals that support creativity, openness, and positive impact.

The result is a digital platform that encourages community engagement and strengthens the project’s credibility.

Why We Value This Collaboration

You can probably already see why we value this collaboration.

What we appreciate most about these projects is the shared set of values. Both NCCC and the Creative Heroes Award have long supported initiatives that give business and creativity a broader meaning.

Impact over form – the websites are not merely presentational; they support real activities and organizational goals.

Partnership instead of “vendor–client” relationships – open collaboration made it possible to deliver solutions that stand the test of time.

A standard that aims to move the market forward – both projects demonstrate that even in the age of AI, websites can remain a strategic tool.

What’s Next

Both platforms are ready for further development — content-wise, marketing-wise, and community-wise. A solid foundation in the form of a clear structure and understandable messaging creates space for promotional campaigns, events, and long-term brand building.

We are genuinely pleased to have been part of it.
