With President Petr Pavel at the Three Seas Business Forum: A Regional Vision for Scalable Impact

Published On: 21. 5. 2025

On April 28–29, Warsaw became a hub of strategic dialogue and regional ambition as it hosted the 10th annual Three Seas Initiative Summit. Alongside this high-level political gathering, the Three Seas Business Forum brought together entrepreneurs, investors, and public sector leaders to explore economic collaboration across Central and Eastern Europe.

We’re proud that our CEO, Ondřej Dvořák, was invited to join the Czech delegation led by President Petr Pavel – a recognition of our work at COPS and the potential of our venture-building model to contribute to regional growth.

The Forum: Where Ideas Meet Opportunity

While the summit itself took place in Warsaw’s historic Royal Castle, the Business Forum at the Hilton Warsaw was all about the future. In this practical setting, participants engaged in dynamic discussions on how to transform regional ambition into actionable partnerships.

The tone was clear: the Three Seas region – spanning 13 EU countries from the Baltic to the Adriatic and Black Seas – is no longer just a political concept. It’s an economic engine in the making, and it’s calling for innovation, infrastructure, and scalable business solutions.

This is exactly where COPS operates.

A Growth Corridor Taking Shape

At COPS, we build ventures with strong public value—solutions designed not only to scale, but to solve pressing challenges across sectors like digital services, public infrastructure, and smart governance.

That’s why the Three Seas region matters to us. Governments are actively seeking private-sector partners who can deliver innovation with impact. There’s alignment in vision – and appetite for execution.

The forum confirmed what we’ve long believed: the intersection of business, policy, and technology is where the most transformative change will happen.

What We’re Bringing Back

Our participation in the Business Forum wasn’t just symbolic—it was catalytic. We’re returning with:

  • Concrete collaboration opportunities from public institutions and innovation networks
  • New pathways to scale our ventures across borders, supported by regional financing tools and policy momentum
  • Validation of our model in a context where public value and commercial innovation are increasingly interlinked

Looking Ahead

Our time in Warsaw – under the leadership of President Petr Pavel – reinforced that this is a moment of strategic alignment for companies like ours. The Three Seas region is opening its doors to solutions that matter, and we’re stepping through.

We’re excited to keep building what we believe in: ventures that scale, partnerships that last, and impact that goes beyond borders.
