To thrive in both good times and more challenging ones, it’s crucial to be able to adapt flexibly to changes. However, this usually involves making minor or major changes, whether organizational or technological. Our goal is to assist organizations on the path of this digital transformation, and you can see how we’re doing it, for example, at the workshop “Adapting to Times of Uncertainty – Tailored Digital Transformation,” which we’ve prepared for the 24th Controlling Forum.

The conference took place on September 16-17 at the SEN Hotel in Senohraby. Our workshop is scheduled for Thursday, the 16th, starting at 10:00, and it was led by the CEO of COPS, Ondřej Dvořák, and the CTO, Ondřej Vykouk. Using a real-life example from the travel agency Delfín Travel, we demonstrated what such a transformation in a company might look like, what the processes are, and how to utilize them in management, as well as how agility can help not only financial teams.
